Raagini Digital - electronic tanpura, We call it the indian box and it’s a very basic synthesizer
with little possibilities. But it got that india-exotic-new-age sound which makes it a bit special.
Recorded using TC konnekt8 running Studio One.

Expanding justastudio and figuring out new ways to manipulate sounds. As usual we are busy doing various stuff, but we got some sparetime to update our little blog.
At last we found some sparetime to maintain the website a little bit. We’ve added a cool set of links, updated the gear and gallery section a bit as well.
We’ve got some surprises for you, but be patient, it’s damn good weather in Denmark and we are currently busy composing, mixing, arranging new music.
unkle:karma will be playing a quite unusual ambient mixtape-master set at Fællestival (Denmark) 17/07/2009.
We have fought with several technical difficulties, but thanks to Jens Heshe & Mick Hansen we solved some of the major problems. If you by any chance stumble upon technical issues then please do contact us.
Though it is version 2 it is still a BETA release, we are still trying to implement some fancy stuff for your entetainment.
We’ve also added some more photos to the gallery which can be found here.
Lets go back to school lets go back to the oldschool.
This relatively rare item has 5 midi channels, almost no CC commands (which means no tweaking) and is able to make some great noise! The sound is unique and hard to copy and please dont speak to me about software emulation this is the real deal. You get all the great noise from the chip itself and the output.
Beside the sound module you also get a visualizer which can be shown on TV. Showing some 8bit graphics in various colors depending on what you play.
The track consists of all 5 midi channels, played more or less randomly. Each track was programmed using Cubase and recorded with TC konnekt 8.
EQ, compression and limiter added in the final mix/mastering.
Please keep in mind that this track was entirely done for showing what sounds you can get from this evil 8 bit monster.
